Inteqna Toronto is recruiting for a SAP – CO, Support & Continuous Improvement Analyst.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide second and third level support for Global SAP users within the area production/logistics, focus CO
  • Support a multi-phase international rollout project in the region and drive regional enhancements. Subsequently participate the regional support center with accountability for enhancements as a member of the Global support team.
  • Defect analysis, bug-fixing in different areas CO (CO-PA, CO-PC, CO-CEL, CO-CCA) and PS (PS-REV, PS-COS)
  • Responsible for global continuous improvement of SAP CO(second and third level)
  • Consulting of our internal business customer and support of international projects (including lead roles)
  • Incident and problem management according to ITIL process guidelines
  • Deliver customer centric support using agile methods/toolsets
  • Excel in a diverse in a multi-national, collaborative global distributed team
  • Comply with  Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures and report any Environmental, Health & Safety hazards, incidents and concerns to the immediate supervisor/manager. Management will ensure employees are provided with job specific Environmental, Health & Safety information, training and also ensure employees follow workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

  • 6+ years in the SAP environment with focus and expertise in SAP modules CO including PS
  • Knowledge in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) considered an asset
  • Experience working in a global support organization
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Expert knowledge in the SAP modules CO and PS
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and business mindset, focus on problem solving in a customer oriented environment.
  • Willingness to take over responsibility, self-motivated, readily managing and prioritizing diverse requests in a dynamic multi-national environment.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of ABAP, and ABAP OO considered an asset
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and French an asset
  • University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
  • Membership in a 7/24 support team with rotating responsibility for after hour on-call and call-in support
  • 20% Travel (Canadian Passport required)
