Recruitment Manager – LucasWorks (Talentcor) – Windsor, ON

You will be responsible and accountable for the recruitment function of the Branch.  You will drive business development and candidate growth while maintaining industry leadership in customer and candidate satisfaction across the Temporary and Permanent Placement service offerings.   This position is further responsible and accountable for training and development of all direct and indirect reports within the recruitment function.

You Will:

  • Establish in-depth understanding of target market sectors for the Branch
  • Establish close working relationships with contacts from the Branch’s key accounts
  • Participate in recruitment strategy and business planning process
  • Review and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial and sales results against budget and take appropriate actions to ensure the team meets and/or exceeds its targets
  • Manage activity processes to achieve KPI levels as expected for each team member
  • Take personal ownership for the annual preparation and quarterly review of PCP process for your team
  • Oversee and maintain accurate records pertaining to applicants, employees, job orders and clients in Bullhorn
  • Mentor and coach team to strengthen their core competencies
  • Follow Activity plans for both self and staff
  • Ensure customer, client and employee satisfaction by doing self-audits on an on-going basis
  • Monitor A/R status of portfolio accounts and provide assistance to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • Results-oriented with a high degree of tenacity in achieving results
  • Strong operational skills and experience in staffing industry
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Established in the business community, with experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment.  Experience with managing accounts and gaining new business with your sales ability.
  • Excellent understanding of the market sectors and the sales potential within the Practice’s region
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational and people management skills and experiences
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience running a successful 360 recruiting desk in automotive manufacturing or production
  • Strong desire to achieve results including KPI and Financial results
  • Experience hiring and training sourcing specialists
  • Financial acumen
  • Post-secondary education an asset
