Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector.

We are looking for a Quality Complaint Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer quality returns using the company quality system.
  • Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries.
  • Adapts differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues.
  • Handles internal and external customer inquiries, claims and complaints; interprets policies and regulations, investigates problems; identifies and implements service solutions.
  • Participates in and maintains a quality service culture

Basic Minimum Requirements

  • French and English bi-lingual
  • Availability to travel 10% of the time
  • Customer Service Experience / Service oriented
  • Possesses exceptional customer service competencies
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
  • Ability to work in a high volume rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong team player
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion
  • Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challenges
