Inteqna Toronto is recruiting for a 2 RPA Project Managers to work on a Permanent role

This will require polish, tact and a customer centric approach. You will be active in helping shape the vision for client solutions and central to ensuring their execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Simultaneously manage and ensure deliveries and take an active hand in growing our presence
  • Responsible for continued delivery of our client’s complex software solutions
  • Managing multiple projects of varying size and scope and the associated people and budgets
  • Work closely with client senior executives and stakeholders 
  • Act as our face and voice, managing technical deliveries with a team of consultants

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong PM first and foremost with expertise in Agile Methodology.
  • Robotics Process Automation ( Workfusion, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Nice, EdgeVerve, Kryon, Pega, Workfusion, Redwood, Contextor, Softomotive, Kofax)
  • Any experience in Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing
  • PM Level 2 (3-4 years) and PM level 3 (5-10 years)
  • Ability and a demonstrated capacity to communicate complex information to multiple levels of program team participants from directors, managers to individual contributors within both our organization and client organizations
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills
  • A professional demeanor that maintains and enhances professional relationships
  • Ability to lead strategically and independently without oversight
  • Strong and demonstrated stakeholder management, risk management and budgeting skills and experience
  • Ownership of budgets for multiple projects totalling $ 1-5M
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed delivery teams
  • Strong history of delivering technical and complex software solutions
  • Ability to negotiate and manage conflict amongst diverse parties
  • Ability to take failures in stride and adapt to an ever changing landscape
  • 10+ years’ experience with and a deep understanding of the SDLC
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum deliveries
