Job Description

Talentcor is recruiting for a Product Support Specialist in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Accountabilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to client requests via the phone and web
  • Ask questions to qualify requests and ensure that requirements are clear
  • Provide diagnostics on technical software
  • Provide remote call assistance utilizing our clients’ processes
  • Deal with escalations and complex problems that may occur
  • Initiate the service call process when appropriate.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional telephone support to both customers and service representatives.
  • Support teamwork within the group as well as with our 2nd level partners.
  • Maintain and grow product & technical knowledge.
  • Understand and fully comply with the organization’s processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Superior Customer Service/Relation skills including second level question probing ability
  • Ability to demonstrate previous success related to technical solutions delivery, as well as a solid foundation in connectivity concepts and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised with maturity
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Education: Minimum, High School Diploma. Preferred, Post Secondary Education or 2 years related work experience.
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset, but not required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of self-motivation, self-starter
  • PC and systems knowledge
  • Strong Team Player but able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good Problem Solving skills and creativity
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Shifts: 9am - 9pm Rotational Monday - Friday
