Marketing Coordinator

Talentcor Professional has partnered with an industry leading service provider who is looking to grow their marketing team with the addition of a Marketing Coordinator at the company’s SE Calgary Office. The company fosters a collaborative, vibrant and dynamic working environment delivering sales and marketing campaigns for 130+ regional branches and corporate projects.

The ideal candidate for this position would have 3+ years of marketing experience, in a corporate setting collaborating with team members to assist in the implantation of marketing programs. Working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager, along with other members of the Marketing and Communications team teams, the Marketing Coordinator would have a “hive mentality” working towards a common goal. Experience required in a fast-paced environment with emerging tasks, and working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of marketing programs according to corporate guidelines for unified branding
  • Support lead generation efforts by means of traditional and online marketing campaigns and projects
  • Support advertising activity for 130+ branches across Alberta, Ontario and Atlantic Canada, responding to multiple daily requests in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate production of sales collateral for 130+ regional branches
  • Support branch rebranding efforts
  • Support the development and production of video content
  • Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with emerging tasks
  • Some administrative tasks including processing & tracking invoices from external vendors associated with the marketing department

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in marketing, graphic design, or communications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a corporate setting
  • Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and web based platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities with time-sensitive deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, organized and detail oriented
