Job Description

Talentcor Professional is recruiting an Industrial Sales Representative for our client, a top broker/provider of group insurance benefits to businesses. They are looking to add a Groups Benefits Consultant to the team. The company has 25 in house licensed consultants and represents over 30 insurance providers to give their clients top performing market solutions. They are looking for people they can train to be successful in the industry and will invest both time and money to develop your skills into a leading group benefits provider. You will be working both in the office and in field client facing as you develop your book of business. If you have the energy, the passion and the dedication to building a lasting career in the insurance industry this could be the last role you look for.

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Cold calling to develop new prospects
  • Book and hold initial meetings and follow up sales meetings (Meetings held with a Sr.Manager)
  • Work closely with office Managers and Insurance Account Executives to ensure prospects and clients are taken care of
  • General clerical duties as they come up (Preparing for booked, sales, review and renewal meetings, paper work etc.)

What you offer:

  • Minimum 3 years of Inside/Outside Sales and Cold Calling experience
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Ability to work under little to no supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Driven and Motivated demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car (You will need to drive to meetings)
