Facilities Manager (P3)

Design Group is recruiting for a Facilities Manager for our client within the P3 sector

The Project:

A Large capital infrastructure expansion located in central Toronto including, Mechanical, Environmental, Architectural and Civil Systems.

The responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

  • Manage technical initiatives from development, budgeting, contractor selection, Scheduling, coordination with vendors and internal clients.
  • Development of Capital budgets, project Metrics, ethical tender practices,
  • People management- 5-10 direct reporting staff members
  • Ownership of multiple 5+ ongoing small and large scale projects simultaneously

The Tools Needed:

  • 10 years Construction Project Management
  • Post-Secondary Engineering Education, accompanied by Management Certificates ( PMP)
  • Project Site Management of project $1 million +
  • Excellent Written & Oral English
