Your Challenge

The Director of Preconstruction will work diligently in setting the overall strategy, leadership and direction for a multi-location estimating team. They will work closely with Project Managers to ensure client requirements are identified and bid accurately and in a timely manner. The chosen individual will be an innovative thought leader, an entrepreneurial senior manager by nature, and someone with a proven track record securing business opportunities and building construction teams.   • Maintaining a constant eye on local market opportunities and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Hiring, leading and developing estimating team members.
  • Attending events and acting as the face of the organization within local construction community
  • Provide input and oversite in the creation of detailed bid packages
  • Develop and present detailed budgets
  • Establish and manage high level contact with key clients and staying abreast with industry trends
  • Making key decisions to help establish and maintain a high-quality market presence
