Job Description

Talentcor Ottawa is currently recruiting for qualified Call Center Agents for a 6 month contract with our client in the financial sector.

Successful candidates will be required to work in fast paced environment, ensuring accuracy while updating customer databases, as well as being customer and client focused. 

Duties:

  • Determines requirements by working with customers.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
  • Maintains call center database by entering information

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a call center environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service and Sales experience
  • Strong language skills are required
  • Bilingualism is an asset

Compensation:

$16.00/HR + 4% Vacation pay
