Job Description

Talentcor is currently recruiting for Experienced Customer Service Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Accountabilities:

  • Trouble shooting technical difficulties when customers call in, escalating to the next level of support if need be
  • Inbound calls, answering, directly to correct department
  • Helping customers via email (Outlook experience an asset) and online tickets in a professional and friendly manner
  • Monitoring customers’ equipment remotely
  • First point of contact for field services, managing any escalations along with support staff
  • Following company’s standard call and system processes as to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations
  • Record track and monitor problem resolution. Input and/or update documented information in a computerized database
  • Manage 3rd party equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service and professional telephone skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Prioritize and manage multiple applications
  • Strong interpersonal and effective written & verbal communication skills
  • High amount of creativity and self-motivation
  • High sense of urgency while in a high paced professional work environment
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers and applications knowledge such as:
    -MS Office Suite
    -Internet Navigation
    -Email/Outlook
    -Networking
  • Strong team player & work effectively in a team environment
  • Work under minimal supervision in high pressure situations

Experience:

2 years related work experience an asset
