Job Description

Talentcor Markham is seeking outstanding Customer Service Representatives for current and future opportunities in the GTA. These may be for call centre or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to and from clients and customers
  • Generate sales leads (if sales role)
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction in person or by phone
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call quotas
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow appropriate procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support or call centre experience
  • Track record of going above and beyond
  • Strong verbal communication over the phone and active listening
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in French a definite asset

Compensation:

  • $14.00/hr - $18.00/hr depending on role
  • Varying shift hours depending on role
  • Potential for growth depending on performance
  • Accessible to TTC or YRT
