Must have 3-5 years experience and be able to work very independently on files, from beginning to end, drafting documents (knowledge of conveyancing software an asset), follow up correspondence, submit documents for registration with Land Titles Office, conduct tax, land title and other requisite searches and have good understanding of protocol and due diligence procedures. Must be able to handle full carriage of sale/purchase, mortgage files beginning to end, including final reporting. Must be confident in acting as liaison between lawyers and clients. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to think logically and analyze information, ability to organize their work flow and coordinate with clients and lawyers. Only self-motivated candidates with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work without supervision will thrive in this position.
