Construction Project Manager, Calgary

Design Group is working with a reputable Real Estate Development company in its search for a Construction Project Manager to its multifamily team. This Developer is well-established, financially secure and has years of experience in commercial and residential development.

As Project Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the timely and quality construction of assigned multi-family projects. You will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining project budgets and schedule, liaising with suppliers and trades and working with your team to ensure projects are completed to high quality standards and built as cost and time efficiently as possible.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 5 years project management experience with either commercial or multifamily construction experience. You must have strong communication and organizational skills and have the ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships across the site and office. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of construction based computer programs and show excellent attention to detail.
