Job Description

Our goal is to find a talented, result producing Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help our client drive their business objectives.  This permanent full-time position is based out of our client’s downtown Calgary office.

You will need to bring together the best of marketing and communications. A proven record of accomplishments in planning, collaboration and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in support of business goals and objectives is required.


  • Work closely with all partners and staff to write, design and produce proposals and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the development of compelling responses by coordinating, researching and producing print and digital responses to request for proposals with text, images and layout. Included will be both public and private client bases.
  • Prepare and assist in general client presentations and specific interview stage team presentation preparation.
  • Perform market research for active sectors as and when requested.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors (i.e. photographers, printers, promotional suppliers)
  • Coordinate weekly marketing meeting with partners and staff.
  • Design all Calgary office promotional items including specific sector information brochures and advertisements.
  • Event planning and organization of the firm’s participation in industry, corporate events, sponsorships and related activities of interest.
  • Maintenance of marketing content and photo libraries, managing client contact lists, searching and reviewing tender opportunity postings.
  • Liaising with internal and external marketing contacts to develop relationships with other marketing professionals in both client and peer offices.
  • Broad based communication development including; website, proposal, advertisement copy, and internal updates.
