This position is responsible and accountable for identifying and winning new client accounts and growing and protecting an established portfolio of client accounts while working towards achieving “preferred” or “sole” supplier status with these accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish in-depth understanding of our Customers’ business and staffing needs
  • Grow and protect existing business across all IQ service channels (contract, temporary and perm)
  • Penetrate, grow and protect new business across all IQ service channels
  • Build and nurture relationships to become the staffing company of choice and the leader in Customer and Contractor Satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to meet and/or exceed performance targets established in the Personal Contribution Plan (PCP)
  • Source, create and assist with Proposals and verbal as well as written presentations
  • Conduct sales calls to Prospects and Clients and to gain new business
  • Negotiate customer bill rates and fees within predefined parameters as set by the Branch Manager
  • Build open and trust-based relationships with account management and recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and temps
  • Ensure the proper, accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork, including database updates and preparation and appropriate sign off of legal entity requests and service level agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or any relevant/related field
  • Demonstrated experience in business development
  • Experience working with a CRM, assigned pipeline and targets
  • Exceptional ability to translate market intelligence into tangible results
  • Experience with financial tools and analysis relative to pricing strategies and margin management
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills (French/English)
  • Knowledge of IT employment market , great asset
  • Knowledge of external recruitment field (permanent placement, consultant placement, labor laws, hiring manager coaching etc.) nice to have
  • Exceptional ability to apply effective solution selling techniques to achieve a high “acquired customer” conversion rate and high customer retention rate
