The Branch Manager will have impact through strategic staff leadership and the proven ability to develop new accounts and grow existing accounts in the sectors serviced by Talentcor including: finance and accounting, office administration, legal, light industrial/skilled trades, sales & marketing, supply chain & logistics.  The team’s success is integral to how you rate your success.

You will:

  • Be responsible for branch revenue and bottom line growth 
  • Support your staff’s personal growth and financial contributions
  • Establish an in-depth understanding of target markets and work with the team to develop growth strategies for each market segment
  • Prepare business plans to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Organize and manage branch sales and order fulfillment activities
  • Support the growth of a robust talent pipeline
  • Interface with clients and grow market share while enhancing service delivery
  • Hire, train, develop and retain talented people
