Job Description

Talentcor Professional is actively sourcing Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for future opportunities in Toronto.

Accountabilities:

  • Take incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with any inquiries/problems they may have
  • Act as the front line for the field operations in any escalations and manage those in association with the onsite
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations
  • Focus on providing tiered remote customer service solutions at many levels
  • Record, track and monitor problem resolution
  • Input and / or update documented information in a computerized database

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual in French & English
  • Superior customer service and professional telephone skills including strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills (strong written and verbal communication is key)
  • Creative and highly self-motivated self-starter with a high sense of urgency
  • Knowledge and proficiency with PCs and applications: MS Office Suite, Internet Navigation, Email/Outlook, Networking
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in high pressure situations, prioritize and multi-task is an asset
