Talentcor London Office is currently recruiting for our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a non-call center environment. This is a 6 month contract offering $23.50 +4% hourly

Role Overview:

  • Working under the leadership of the manager, you will handle varied customer transactions including inbound calls/e-mails, customer order entry and servicing customer accounts
  • Communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues
  • Identify and implement service solutions
  • Monitor progress using service measurement systems
  • Identify areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations through continuous improvement efforts, while consistently interacting with internal and external people friendly courteous manner and give continuous attention to customer satisfaction 
  • Work to enhance knowledge in key service areas, and other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university is a MUST
  • Two (2) combined years of customer service and/or sales experience 
  • SAP system experience is preferred 
  • Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred 
  • Possesses exceptional customer service competencies 
  • Able to resolve conflicts effectively, be proactive and resolve issues before they become problems, while collaborating in a high-volume team environment
  • Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others 
  • Demonstrate literacy with Microsoft Office products 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational & communication including presentation skills with the ability to stay focused 
  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion 
  • Able to: handle work-related stress, handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines
