Inteqna Toronto is recruiting for a Client Support Specialist.

The role of Client Support Specialist will support business process integration, system conversions, legacy system integrations and broker connectivity for these clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Working in a team-based environment, maintain service level commitments and maximize client satisfaction by providing high quality first level support for inbound calls and electronic trouble ticket submissions
  • Provide remote support to new clients on the installation of products
  • Work in partnership with our product development team to design product features and enhancements in response to client requests
  • Assist with the development of user guides and technical documentation to enhance the usability of our client documentation
  • Participate in web-based client training sessions
  • Contribute to monthly client service level reporting
  • Travel to offsite locations can be required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a client support environment, preferably in a software product or technology service environment
  • Comfort and confidence in a customer facing role
  • Well-developed analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • IT diploma accreditation or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry would be an asset.
  • Hours are daytime Monday to Friday with evening and Saturday daytime on call support to be provided on a rotating shift basis.

    Total Compensation Package:

  • Salary range between $65-75K
